The film is a complete recording of the whole concert, organized into two parts.
It begins with “Prelude” which should be familiar to game music fans, and finishes with a world premiere encore performance of the FFVII song “Jenova Absolute/Complete.” This performance also includes highlights such as “Battle Medley 2012 (FFI~FFXIV)” which is especially popular with players, the FFIX song “Melodies of Life” sung by Shiratori Emiko, the FFXII song “Kiss Me Good-Bye” sung by Susan Calloway, and the famous piece from newest work in the series Final Fantassy XIV’s “Torn from the Heavens.”
With the addition of orchestra’s elegant musical performance, this is a beautiful compilation that truly brings the games to life.
