As one can guess, Outlaw Sectors deals primarily with the less savory aspects of intergalactic relations, namely space pirates and smugglers. Pirates can now raid multiple players at once, making them an even deadlier threat, but players can get in on the action as well. The new “Smuggling” specialization increases trade income, but at the cost of increased corruption and reduced tax income. It also includes eleven new maps to try out.
